Jo has 27 years of Law Enforcement experience which includes Fingerprint Identification and Crime Scene Investigation. She is a qualified Expert Witness in United States Federal Courts, Los Angeles - Orange County Superior - Municipal Courts and the Los Angeles County Grand Jury.
Holds the Certification of "Senior Crime Scene Analyst" by the International Association of Identification. Has additional Training in Traffic Accident Investigation and Field Experience in Investigating Collisions.
Trained in Blood Stain Spatters Interpretation and worked for several years under the World Renown Blood Stain Expert and Author Anita Wonder. Jo conducted the Lab Experimentation portions for Ms. Wonder's training presentations.
Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and a Master's Degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Chapman. A Graduate of the Bakkstr's School of Polygraph including Polygraph Post Conviction Sex Offender Testing and is Certified by the American Polygraph Association.
